We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, ensuring timely acquisition of high-quality materials and technical services while keeping cost optimization and supplier reliability at the forefront.
You will collaborate closely with internal engineering, project, and management teams to accurately forecast demands, prevent stockouts, and negotiate win-win contracts with top-tier technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities

1Strategic Sourcing & Execution Develop and implement targeted procurement strategies that align directly with Automata's company and operational goals.

2Supplier Evaluation & Contract Negotiation Identify, qualify, and benchmark suppliers; negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements, and pricing to secure optimal value.

3Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring Continuously monitor market trends and supplier performance scorecards to guarantee competitive pricing, quality standards, and SLA adherence.

4Cross-Department Forecasting & Inventory Collaborate with internal technical and project departments to forecast material requirements, minimize lead times, and optimize inventory levels.

5Accurate ERP Records & Documentation Maintain rigorous, up-to-date purchase orders, vendor catalogs, pricing lists, and supplier profiles within our Odoo ERP system.

6Policy & Regulatory Compliance Ensure strict compliance with internal purchasing guidelines, local Egyptian trade regulations, and international commercial standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
- Proven 2–5 years track record in procurement, vendor evaluation, and purchase lifecycle management.
- Sharp commercial negotiation skills with documented cost savings.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal) for local & global trade correspondence.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Purchase & Inventory apps).
- Familiarity with electronic security equipment, smart infrastructure, or hardware tech.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Egyptian customs clearance and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
